My experience with cyclone Yasi is in the May 2011 edition of Cruising Helmsman a yachting magazine which has one of the biggest circulations this side of the black stump.
Last months magazine featured a blow by blow account of someone in Cardwell and their feeling on seeing their boat blown about like a small toy.
A very good read.
