Queensland Writers Week and TWPC

I was lucky enough to be invited to talk at the Queensland Writers week event hosted by Townsville Writers and Publishers Centre.
This sort of thing is a great opportunity to get out there and meet the public who will buy your book.
It was a great week and culminated in my book launch for Literary Licence.
There was champagne, nibbles, flattery, and smiles all round.

Also I sent a copy to Allen Bennett in the UK; my favorite writer. He was very gracious and sent me a post card back saying he was looking forward to reading it.
